How to Install the Balloon Arch Kit

1. Perfect Design: Insert the short and long pipes into the base.
2. Easy Installation Steps: Fill the water bag with water and place it on the base.
3. Use the knotter to tie the balloons.
4. Attach the balloons to the balloon clips.
5. Set the balloon clips on the folded glass fiber pole.
6. Insert the glass fiber balloon pole into the base.
